Paden Bell is a Lyric Soprano based in Fulton, Ms. At the age of 16, Paden was accepted to The Mississippi School of the Arts. There she was given the opportunity to lead the vocal department as the Choir President. She graduated with Honors in 2015. She then attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she studied with Dr. Maryann Kyle. There she was in many productions with Mississippi Opera and University of Southern Mississippi including: Carmen, The Mikado, and Rigoletto. In 2017 she was awarded 3rd place by Mississippi Opera in the John Alexander Competition and performed with Mississippi Opera Orchestra in the Awards Concert. Following that, Paden attended the University of Mississippi where she studied with Nancy Marie Balach and coached with Amanda Johnston. While there Paden competed in the National Association of Teachers Singing and received 1st place. Paden graduated with Bachelors in Vocal Performance in 2020. Throughout her studies Paden has performed across the country, from New York to Los Angeles where she worked with conductors, teachers, and coaches from all over the country. Paden is currently the Music Director at Itawamba Christian Church and has been for 4 years. Paden has been teaching voice lessons for 3 years to students ranging from students in elementary school to adults. In the studio Paden focuses on laying the groundwork of solid vocal technique. In addition to doing this she takes the time to work with her students cultivating their inner artist.
